PFD Toys & Collectibles is not responsible for these charges. All custom fees, import fees, or Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Tracking, Damages, and Lost Packages
We utilize standard fulfillment systems to help secure your delivery:

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods. Contact us immediately with your order number and clear photos of the item's condition, so we can help you contact USPS.
  • Lost Packages: If your tracking history shows no movement or says "delivered" but you have not received it, we can help you open an investigation with USPS.
