Return Policy
Final Sale on Collectibles
All sales of diecast models and collectibles are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on these items. Collectibles derive their value from their pristine condition, packaging, and market rarity. Even minor handling can permanently decrease their worth.
Standard Return Restrictions
We maintain a strict no-returns policy across our store. Exceptions are only made if you receive an item that is damaged during shipping or is materially different from what you ordered.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery to report any shipping damage or order errors.
To file a claim:
- Email our support team with your order number.
- Provide clear photos of the damaged item and the shipping box.
- Keep all original packaging materials.
Approved Refunds
If a return is approved by our team, the item must be sent back in its original, unopened packaging. Safe return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. We will notify you once we inspect the item to confirm if the refund is accepted.
